Questions
Is this allowed by the game?
No, and we will not tell you otherwise. The game's terms do not allow paid in-game services, and an account involved can be actioned by the game company. What we control: real, experienced players; self-play that needs no password; support in English, with Arabic messages welcome and answered with translation help; a delivery estimate before you order.
Do you need my password?
Not for self-play: you log in and play, and our player joins you. The "done for you" Plus does need account access; see the next question. Never send a password or an authentication code in comments, direct messages or email. We will never ask for one there, and this site has no form that asks for one.
What is "done for you"?
A Plus option on some offers, where one of our players progresses the character for you. It needs access to your account, and the game's terms do not allow sharing an account, so it carries more risk than self-play. Its conditions are on the offer page.
What do you need from me?
Your region (EU or US), realm, faction, class, current level, your goal, and the hours you can play with your time zone. You give these on the offer, not in comments.
How long does it take?
Each card shows a typical time. They are estimates: your exact time is confirmed with your order and depends on your class, your goal and your hours. We do not promise an exact level by an exact date.
Who are you?
An independent team of experienced players. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment.
